Celebrate Independence Day with Spectacular Fireworks Near You!

The 4th of July is just around the corner, and nothing captures the spirit of Independence Day quite like a dazzling fireworks display. Whether you're planning a family outing, or a festive gathering with friends, there are plenty of fantastic fireworks shows happening near us. Here's a guide to some of the best fireworks displays in our area to make your celebration unforgettable.

1. 3rd OF JULY FIREWORKS EXTRAVAGANZA

Location: Arroyo Vista Park Time: 4pm – 9:30pm

The City of Moorpark is excited to announce we are hosting the 2024 “3rd of July Fireworks Extravaganza”! Food courts, games, music, attractions, and many other fun activities will also be at the event to be enjoyed! You are welcome to bring your blankets, lawn chairs, & picnic baskets.

2. Star-Spangled Rock 'N Country Jam and Fireworks Celebration

Location: Rancho Santa Susana Community Park Time: Gates open at 3pm 

The event is free! Come and enjoy the live entertainment and the food and craft vendors. The gates to the Star-Spangled Rock ‘N Country Jam will open at 3:00 PM with non-stop entertainment, food, and FREE Fun for kids. Bring your family and friends, and don’t forget your lawn chairs and blankets.

3. Ventura Rotary Fireworks Show and Family Picnic

Location: Ventura College Time: Gates open at 5pm 

This joyous event is spread across several acres of beautiful lawn at the Ventura College Athletic Fields, and includes a spectacular fireworks show, live music, food vendors and a Kids Fun Zone.

The 4th of July is always a special day here in Ventura! The children’s Pushem – Pullem Parade will be held on Main St. on July 4th morning, followed by the annual 4th of July Ventura Downtown Street Fair! Then the evening celebration at Ventura College begins at 5 pm and culminates in a world class Fireworks Show!

4. OJAI INDEPENDENCE DAY FIREWORKS AND PARADE

Location: Nordhoff High School Time: Gates open at 5:30pm 

Bring your blankets, chairs and coolers and enjoy the greatest small town show around.

5. CAMARILLO PARK AND WATCH FIREWORKS SHOW

Location: The Outlets and Surrounding Areas Time: Starts at 9:00pm

Camarillo’s 2024 Independence Day Fireworks Show! This year, tune into FM Radio 95.1 and the best way to view the fireworks is to park at the outlets and surrounding areas and watch with family and friends.

6. CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS FIREWORK SPECTACULAR AND ACTIVITIES

Location: Viewing Locations: Janss Mall Marketplace & The Oaks Mall

Time: Starts at 9:00pm

CRPD & The City of Thousand Oaks present the Annual July Fireworks Spectacular! This year’s patriotic radio simulcast is graciously presented by KHAY 100.7 FM radio!

7. WESTLAKE VILLAGE FIREWORKS & PARADE

Location: Westlake Golf Course Time: Gates open at 5:00pm

The annual 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular is BACK at the Westlake Golf Course, located at 4812 Lakeview Canyon Road! Food, music and activities will be available for the whole family! Fireworks can be seen from the Westlake Golf Course Range or Calvary Community Church.
